Walsall Council is hiring a Development Control & Public Rights of Way Manager to lead the Development Control and Public Rights of Way functions within its Highways & Transport Service. The role manages highway development control, public rights of way, street naming and numbering, boundary disputes, customer enquiries, legal agreements with developers, planning committee and public inquiry representation, and the delivery of highway schemes. It requires extensive experience in team management, highway design, development management, highway construction, or developer-funded highway schemes, and offers a salary of £57,499–£61,453.
