The role focuses on improving the availability, reliability, and observability of digital services, reducing toil through automation, identifying system risks, curating metrics, and mentoring Software Engineer I engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of software engineering experience, cloud and microservices experience, observability tooling knowledge, scripting ability, and strong collaboration skills.
