Kotak is hiring a Software Engineer II, Site Reliability Engineering to work as an independent contributor in its Technology Reliability Engineering team. The role focuses on improving the availability, reliability, and observability of digital services, reducing toil through automation and process changes, identifying system risks, curating metrics, and mentoring Software Engineer I engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of software engineering experience, cloud-based software delivery experience, microservice architecture knowledge, modern observability tooling, AWS services experience, and strong stakeholder influence.
