Kotak is hiring a Software Engineer II, Site Reliability Engineering to work as an independent contributor in its Technology Reliability Engineering team. The role focuses on improving the availability, reliability, and observability of digital services, reducing toil through automation, identifying system risks, curating metrics, and mentoring Software Engineer I engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of software engineering experience, cloud-based software delivery experience, microservice architecture knowledge, observability tooling experience, and strong AWS and programming-language skills.
