MONEI is hiring a hybrid Technical Merchant Support and Developer Advocate to bridge engineering with merchants, developers, partners, and internal teams. The role involves debugging payment failures and integrations, reproducing and escalating bugs, shipping small code fixes, maintaining technical documentation, writing guides and tutorials, improving APIs and integrations, improving internal runbooks, and engaging the developer community. Full-time, part-time, and paid internship formats are available, with Barcelona as the primary hybrid office and remote flexibility from Málaga and Barcelona.
