Flex is hiring a Business Analyst focused on Finance and Treasury applications in Pune. The individual contributor will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and solution designs, support application implementation and enhancements, coordinate UAT and defect management, and assist with training and process optimization. The role requires 3–6 years of business analysis experience, familiarity with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP, or related applications, and experience with Coupa Treasury Management Platform.
