Tally Group is hiring a mid-level, full-time Developer for a hybrid role in Houston. The position supports and implements changes to billing software across the full software development lifecycle, with a primary focus on SQL Server, APIs, and C#/.NET application components. Responsibilities include backlog management, SQL development, debugging, performance tuning, testing, documentation, peer reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and customer support. The role requires at least three years of software application development experience, strong SQL database development experience, relational data modelling, SQL performance tuning, API and web technology experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and reverse-engineer existing code.
