Telia is hiring a Developer to build and improve reliable backend services for its B2B call center solution. The role involves developing Web/UI and backend services, designing SQL and MongoDB data solutions, improving scalability and performance, strengthening application security, and collaborating through Git-based workflows across the development lifecycle. Candidates need strong PHP and/or Golang experience, database experience, English communication skills, and collaborative software development experience; Linux, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML/CSS, and Docker experience are preferred. The position offers a gross monthly salary of 4,320–6,480 EUR plus an annual performance bonus and additional benefits.
