Mindlance is hiring a Full-Stack AI & Access-Governance Engineer for a full-time contract role in Lake County, Illinois, with hybrid work and up to three openings. The engineer will build four AI tools for pharma Client/S&E analysts and a Deal Access Control Center that reconciles deal access against Entra ID and Active Directory, provisions deal-scoped security groups, and maintains audit logs. The role requires 3–5 years of full-stack experience, a Computer Science degree, Python, TypeScript, SQL, FastAPI, React, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AI/LLM development; identity governance, knowledge graphs, document parsing, and regulated-enterprise deployment are preferred.
