Cognition is hiring a Developer Community Manager to build and scale its developer community around Devin and Windsurf. The role owns ambassador recruitment and support, technical events, university programs, content, community feedback, platform management, and metrics, while collaborating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Candidates should have a technical or software engineering background, at least two years of relevant developer relations or community experience, and experience planning technical events or community programs.
