Dow is hiring an eBusiness IT Analyst to support digital commerce capabilities such as EDI, chemXML, JSON, OCR, and P2X. The role analyzes business and SAP issues, documents processes and solutions, supports EDI and OCR partner onboarding, validates data, manages hypercare and integration troubleshooting, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to automation and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred, or at least three years of relevant experience; SAP ECC, EDI, XML, and vendor collaboration experience are required.
