Description
Savvy is hiring its first dedicated Developer Experience Engineer to own how developers and coding agents interact with the codebase, tools, workflows, testing, review, debugging, and delivery systems. The role is hands-on platform engineering, focused on building cloud coding experiences, improving agent output and context, managing internal skills and instructions, reducing developer friction, measuring outcomes, driving adoption, and partnering with infrastructure, security, data, and product teams. Candidates should have substantial experience with coding agents, developer tooling, CI or large-codebase workflows, production software, and cross-team influence.
