signageOS is hiring a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to improve the internal developer platform, tooling, automation, CI/CD, development environments, and engineering workflows. The role focuses on developer productivity and root-cause solutions rather than production operations or incident response, with responsibilities including GitLab CI/CD improvements, automation, internal tools, dashboards, flaky-build resolution, and system upgrades. The position is based in Prague 6, ideally hybrid 3+2, and requires several years of relevant experience, strong technical depth, systems thinking, and fluent Czech or Slovak with communicative English.
