Tulip is hiring a Developer Experience Engineer in Somerville, Massachusetts, in a hybrid environment requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role partners with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in the developer workflow, owns architecture and standards for agent-based releases and internal tools, builds onboarding and discovery resources, contributes to engineering enablement, and measures adoption and impact. Candidates need 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack TypeScript and API skills, AWS and CI/CD experience, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience. The position offers a $125,000-$175,000 annual salary range and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
