Vanta is hiring a Developer Experience Engineer to lead critical dev infrastructure and build scalable CI/CD, build, deployment, testing, and developer-environment tools. The role focuses on improving reliability, feedback loops, and developer productivity while introducing AI-enhanced tools and supporting Vanta’s engineering culture. Candidates should have technical leadership experience on DevEx or platform teams and experience with build systems, CI/CD, and scaling developer workflows.
