Description

JetBrains is hiring a Developer Experience Lead to drive large-scale improvements across its JCP platform. The role owns the end-to-end developer experience, including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, local development workflows, containerized environments, AI development pipelines, and shared infrastructure. The lead will optimize performance and reliability, eliminate bottlenecks, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with platform and product teams to improve developer productivity.

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive experience with build systems and optimizing them at scale
Strong CI/CD systems expertise and experience ensuring performance and reliability

Experience driving cross-team initiatives and influencing engineering practices
Preferred Qualifications: Experience improving developer experience at scale in a platform or infrastructure organization
Experience with AI-driven development pipelines
Expertise in build caching, remote execution, and incremental build strategies
Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source build tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
Experience solving performance problems and improving flaky processes
