COPA is hiring a hybrid Developer for Document Management System in Wesel, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The role develops and maintains a document management system, designs and implements digital workflows and business processes, integrates the system with ERP and CRM landscapes, builds APIs, automates document-based processes, performs software quality assurance, and collaborates with consulting, sales, and project management teams. The position also involves shaping AI integration and requires a relevant degree or IT vocational training, several years of software development experience, strong JavaScript and SQL knowledge, API development experience, and strong analytical and customer-focused skills.
