Mindlance is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for a six-month, full-time on-site role in McLean, Virginia. The position focuses on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Java-based microservices, REST APIs, event-driven distributed systems, data services, and cloud-native backend platforms. Required technologies include Spring Boot, MongoDB, AMQ, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and relational databases, with strong AWS and event-driven systems experience and mandatory Kubernetes expertise. The role also involves production support, incident triage, observability, security, performance tuning, and collaboration with product, architecture, business, and engineering teams.
