Description

The Developer I will plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and support business-critical software systems for United's Digital Technology team. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, code review, unit testing, performance tuning, production troubleshooting, incident management, and technical leadership or mentorship of junior developers. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of Agile software development experience, proficiency in JavaScript and .NET, strong C# and .NET 8+ experience, REST API and microservices development, Angular or React, SQL with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, and hands-on knowledge of AI technologies and large language models. AWS experience and airline experience are preferred.

Experience developing REST APIs and microservices
