FENECON is hiring a Developer - Industrial BESS to develop, size, and optimize industrial battery energy storage systems. The role covers component selection and integration, system architecture, control and regulation concepts, algorithms for efficiency and battery diagnostics, system testing and validation, standards and certification support, and technical documentation. Candidates should have an engineering or comparable degree, experience with battery storage, energy systems, or power electronics, knowledge of battery systems and power electronics, and familiarity with development and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
