Description
Zyphra is hiring a Developer Relations Lead to build and scale its open-source AI developer community from the ground up. The role owns community growth and moderation across GitHub, Discord, Hugging Face, X, LinkedIn, and other technical channels; represents Zyphra at conferences and events; drives repository adoption and API usage; translates model releases into developer engagement; and partners with research, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. The position requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong AI and machine-learning knowledge, technical credibility, and the ability to create structured community initiatives.
