Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years in technology across software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management
5+ years with cloud platform developer ecosystems, large-scale distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure
Experience leading and growing developer programs at major technology companies, including Amazon/AWS-ecosystem ISVs and solution providers
Technical depth in AWS cloud infrastructure and Amazon developer tooling, including GenAI, robotics, high-performance computing, AI/ML, and Amazon-native frameworks
Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, mentorship, and technical talks
Ability to structure complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams
Experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions, including GenAI inference, robotics simulation, NVIDIA NIM, and large-scale ML training
Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms
Track record of building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs
Experience building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts
Active participation in developer community events, workshops, hackathons, or open-source contributions
