Mattel Digital Studios is hiring a Developer Relations Manager, Digital Games to lead strategic business development, first-party platform relations, and technology partnerships for its digital games portfolio. The role manages high-value external relationships, sources and evaluates partnerships, negotiates agreements, builds business cases and forecasts, supports go-to-market and launch planning, and represents Mattel at industry events. It requires at least five years of experience in mobile games, gaming, or interactive entertainment, manager-level business development or partnership experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a BA/BS degree in a related field. The pay range is $136,000 to $170,000.
