Mindlance is hiring a Senior Power BI Developer for an 8-month long-term contract in Washington, DC. The role leads the design, development, and optimization of business intelligence solutions, including Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, Oracle, and DataBricks. Responsibilities include defining KPIs and data structures, building semantic layers and star schemas, developing reports and dashboards, establishing governance and security practices, and mentoring BI developers and analysts. The position requires hybrid onsite work for four days per week from day one, with a transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.
