Description
Prefect is hiring a Developer Success Engineer to work the combined Prefect and Dagster support queue, diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues in orchestration, data platform, cloud, and container environments. The role owns moderate-complexity issues end to end, documents solutions, builds debugging resources and tooling, escalates appropriately, and feeds product feedback. It requires Python fluency, hands-on cloud and Kubernetes troubleshooting experience, workflow orchestrator experience, and a technical customer-facing background. The role covers 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific with a shared on-call rotation and offers remote-first work with location-based base salary ranges.
