Description

Braintrust is hiring Developer Support Engineers at mid-level and senior levels to troubleshoot API and SDK issues, debug Python or TypeScript codebases, resolve customer-reported bugs, communicate with developers, document solutions, improve developer experience, contribute to support tooling, and participate in on-call rotations. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience supporting developer-facing products in a software engineering, customer engineering, developer success, or technical account management role.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting developer tools, machine learning infrastructure, or observability platforms.
Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
Experience working with datasets, evaluation metrics, or prompt engineering.
Experience contributing to support tooling, documentation, or product-led growth initiatives.
Experience as a senior technical team member or tech lead in a high-growth environment.
Experience submitting production code changes to fix customer-impacting issues in backend services, SDKs, or infrastructure.
Cloud certifications or experience troubleshooting containerized environments using Terraform or Kubernetes.
