Description
Braintrust is hiring Developer Support Engineers at mid-level and senior levels to troubleshoot API and SDK issues, debug Python or TypeScript codebases, resolve customer-reported bugs, document solutions, improve developer experience, contribute to support tooling, and participate in on-call rotations. The role is remote based in London and requires experience supporting developer-facing products, strong Python and/or TypeScript debugging skills, and clear technical communication.
