JFrog is hiring an onsite Developer Support Engineer in Atlanta to serve as the technical focal point for customers, troubleshoot complex CI/CD scenarios, develop Bash, Python, and Groovy scripts, configure JFrog and third-party applications, analyze logs and system parameters, reproduce customer issues, and collaborate with R&D, QA, Release, and Sales. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, two years of similar experience, customer-facing experience, Linux, software debugging, and Java or another compiled language; it offers a base salary of $90,000 to $105,000, hybrid work, equity, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
