Praxis Technology is hiring a full-time Development & Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the qualification, transfer, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role leads cross-functional initiatives across new product development, process qualification, validation, production ramp-up, CAPA, data analysis, KPI development, and quality-system compliance. The engineer will coordinate Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Success teams; develop manufacturing documentation; analyze process performance; apply root-cause and risk tools; and support audits and customer requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
