Liebherr-Rostock GmbH offers a three-year rotational development and simulation program across the MCC and EMT divisions. Participants work on coupled simulations of technical dynamics, flow, structural mechanics, drive technology, and control systems, while rotating through different specialist departments and locations. The program includes training, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and flexible hybrid working. Applicants need a master’s or diploma in a relevant technical field, 3–5 years of development or simulation experience, strong German and English skills, and willingness to travel.
