Description
The Development Assistant supports the development department through database management, donor correspondence and cultivation, mail and digital fundraising, grant-cycle coordination, volunteer supervision, and administrative duties. The role requires on-site work, a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid California driver's license. The position pays $23.00–$26.00 per hour and offers an excellent benefits package.
