Description
The ACLU of Utah is hiring a full-time Development Associate to support the Development Director with donor stewardship, donor and prospect portfolio management, grant research and proposal preparation, special-event coordination, donor reporting, CRM and QuickBooks reconciliation, and community outreach. The role is hybrid, with approximately 40 hours per week and some in-person office work, and requires travel within Salt Lake City and its immediate vicinity, with occasional travel elsewhere in Utah or to professional events. The salary range is $62,000-$80,000, with medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
