Description
The Development Associate supports the EOU Foundation’s scholarship stewardship, donor communications, database and prospect research, and board and alumni events. The role manages the annual scholarship cycle, donor impact reports, constituent records, preliminary prospect research, event logistics, and general University Advancement inquiries. It is a full-time or part-time regular position requiring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience; a master’s degree and additional experience are preferred. The salary is $44,460 to $64,023 per annum, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
