Rainbow Labs is hiring a full-time, entry-level Development Associate (AmeriCorps VISTA) to support fundraising, grant development, donor engagement, and organizational capacity building. The role involves researching funding opportunities, assisting with grant proposals and reporting, developing donor strategies, maintaining donor and grant systems, supporting fundraising events, and preparing leadership reports. The position offers an AmeriCorps living stipend, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, professional development, coaching, and a hybrid work schedule requiring 2–3 days in the office or community.
