Description
The Development Associate will support TCF’s US-based development team in fundraising, donor stewardship, grant and foundation reporting, corporate and nonprofit partnerships, events, donor database and CRM management, communications, and monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of fundraising experience, and requires at least three days per week in the office.
