Description
The Lawyers Division of UJA-Federation is hiring a Development Associate or Executive to engage, cultivate, and solicit donors and prospects through one-on-one meetings, fundraising events, educational programs, volunteer projects, and relationship-building. The role oversees portfolios including Next Gen Restructuring, Women in Law, and firm campaigns; develops donor pipelines and programming; supports lay leadership committees; maintains donor records; and researches prospects and philanthropic trends. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of post-college work experience are required, along with event-coordination experience and strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. The role reports to the Assistant Director for the Lawyers Division and offers a salary of $66,500 to $78,000.
