Description
The Development Associate - Land & Power supports CleanSpark's long-term growth by researching emerging markets, identifying and evaluating industrial and commercial land and power opportunities, assessing utility capacity and site characteristics, building relationships with utilities and other stakeholders, conducting preliminary due diligence, supporting negotiations and site control, and advancing qualified opportunities through the development pipeline. The role requires commercial real estate or related experience, strong analytical and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the United States.
