Description
The Development Coach supports assigned individuals in Crossroads by implementing Individual Plans, promoting independence, recreation, life skills, community integration, and horticulture, and coordinating with interdisciplinary staff. The role includes behavioral management, progress documentation, relationship building, activity development, and participation in training and supervision meetings. It requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent, three years of experience working with people with disabilities or other behavioral issues, one year of respectful support experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug test; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred.
