Description
The Harris County Flood Control District is hiring a Development Coordination and Inspection Department Manager to direct and supervise the Developer Coordination and Inspection Department. The role oversees construction and demolition activities, drainage-channel and detention-basin inspections, asset acceptance, developer-plan reviews, field construction monitoring, and coordination with District departments and the Office of County Engineer. Candidates need a related construction bachelor’s degree with two years of project-plan experience or a high school diploma with five years of construction experience, a Class C Texas driver’s license, and knowledge of construction standards, GIS, land-management applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
