Description

Church at the Park is hiring a Donor Development Specialist to support fundraising by building and maintaining donor relationships, managing donor communications and CRM data, coordinating donor engagement campaigns and events, and collaborating with Development, Communications, Finance, and Data teams. The role is primarily office-based, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and pays $25.76 per hour plus DOE and DOQ. Preferred qualifications include a relevant four-year degree or equivalent education and experience, donor-care and private-funding-development experience, CRM proficiency, Microsoft Suite and presentation skills, and a valid Oregon driver's license.
