Description
The Legal Counsel (Real Estate & Development) will provide hands-on legal support for the company’s data center and energy infrastructure portfolio, focusing on site control, diligence, and deal execution. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating land and infrastructure agreements, supporting project finance and real estate loan transactions, managing documentation lifecycles, coordinating with development and financing teams, and overseeing due diligence with title, survey, environmental, and zoning professionals. The role requires an active U.S. law license, a U.S. bar membership, and at least three years of commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy law experience.
