FERCHAU is hiring a Development Design Engineer – Mechanical Engineering to create design drawings and technical documentation, perform calculations and simulations, develop and optimize components and assemblies, collaborate with production and quality departments, select materials and manufacturing processes, and conduct design validation tests. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or further training as a state-certified technician, mandatory CAD knowledge using SolidWorks or Creo, knowledge of materials science and manufacturing technologies, and understanding of technical drawings and standards.
