Description
Footprint Project is hiring a Development Director to lead and grow resource development for a disaster-response nonprofit. Reporting to the CEO, the role owns foundation grants, government funding, corporate sponsorships, earned revenue, blended finance, individual giving, and in-kind donations; manages the grants pipeline and calendar; writes and submits proposals; and supervises the Communications Coordinator while helping build the development team. The position is full-time, hybrid or fully remote depending on location, with a starting salary of $70,000 per year and benefits for eligible employees.
