Girls Inc. of Memphis is hiring a full-time Development Director to lead its comprehensive fund development program and serve as an executive leadership partner to the President and CEO. The role is responsible for developing and executing a diversified fundraising strategy, securing more than $2 million annually, managing individual and corporate donors, foundations, government grants, events, donor communications, CRM operations, and development staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of nonprofit fundraising experience, a track record supporting or leading more than $2 million in annual fundraising, major-gift and grant-writing experience, and supervisory experience.
