Description
Duke Ellington School of the Arts and The Ellington Fund are hiring an on-site Development Director in Washington, DC to lead fundraising strategy, major-gift and institutional funding, donor development, development systems, and staff and partner management. The role requires 7–10+ years of progressive fundraising and development experience, with a minimum of $250,000 in new philanthropic revenue annually directly attributable to the individual. Compensation includes a $110,000 base salary, a 10%–20% performance bonus, additional incentive opportunities, and a competitive benefits package; remote work is not available.
