Description
The Development Director will secure and grow annual fund contributions and mid-level donor gifts, cultivate and steward individual donors, develop fundraising strategies, and lead donor communications, campaigns, events, and stewardship activities. The role partners with the Vice President of Philanthropy, manages donor records in Raiser’s Edge, analyzes fundraising performance, and contributes to the Leadership Team and Philanthropy Department. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with three to five years of relevant fundraising or nonprofit development experience, donor cultivation experience, CRM experience, and familiarity with design and content-creation tools.
