Sisu is hiring a full-time Development Director to lead fundraising, donor relations, grant-seeking, and the organization’s capital campaign. The role reports to the Executive Director, supervises two development program staff, and coordinates with Community Relations, Finance, Program Directors, grant-writing contractors, capital campaign advisors, and a public relations partner. The position requires at least five years of fundraising experience, offers a salary of $60,000–$75,000, and is primarily remote with approximately 75% remote and 25% in-person work.
