Description
The Director of Development will lead fundraising and development activities for the Utah Shakespeare Festival, including donor recruitment and retention, major gifts, annual fund campaigns, planned giving, foundation and corporate relations, grant writing, budgeting, and donor stewardship. The role supervises development staff, collaborates with senior leadership and the Board of Governors, and supports the Festival’s mission and revenue goals. A bachelor’s degree and five years of donor cultivation and fundraising experience are required; the position is contingent on funding and does not offer H1B visa sponsorship.
