The Link is hiring a full-time, exempt Development Director in North Minneapolis to join its executive team and lead a comprehensive development strategy for a nonprofit serving youth and young families. The role oversees annual fundraising, major gifts, donor cultivation, events, marketing, grant writing, corporate and community engagement, and staff and volunteer leadership. It requires 5–7 years of related professional and leadership experience, including 2–5 years supervising teams, along with a strong fundraising, grant-writing, public-speaking, and website-management record. The position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, a safe and reliable vehicle, background-check clearance, and personal insurance.
