Electronic Arts is hiring a temporary Development Director, Live Ops for its Skate team. The role leads a cross-disciplinary team, owns live operations strategy and delivery, analyzes game data and player feedback, manages incidents and risks, coordinates stakeholders, and supports player engagement and retention. It requires at least five years of game development project management, production, or team leadership experience, including two years focused on live game or live service operations, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Vancouver, Edmonton, or Montreal, and lasts 12 months.
